Reid is 3 months old, so cute, and he makes me work to get him to smile. Luckily, his mama has no problem getting him to giggle. We met up at Gaines Mill Battlefield on a sunny evening to sneak in a quick portrait session.

The Clay Family {Richmond, VA Family Photographer}

I met up with the Clay's at the Carillon in downtown Richmond for some family portraits and some pictures of their children. They have two of the sweetest little girls ever. They were so willing to sit and grin when posed, the session flew by in about half the time as normal. I just love this family.

Technically, these were all photographed in the mountains of West Virginia. We stayed in an awesome cabin with these big baby boy and his parents. I can't believe how much Caius has grown! He is such a good baby; sitting up, posing, and making great faces.

Baby Mason {Richmond, VA Maternity Photographer}

Savannah and Jeff are great, together and in front of the camera. They are going to be wonderful parents to baby Mason. Savannah chose the Pony Pasture in downtown Richmond as the location for her pregnancy photographs. It was a beautiful day, not too hot or humid, so we walked around and took portraits along the way.

Cynthia and Patrick chose Belle Isle as the location for their engagement portraits. I love photographing at Belle Isle - there are endless places to take photos. But there is one way to make it even better, engagement pictures at Belle Isle with dogs. Kona and Freckles were so well behaved and photogenic, they made it easy for me - which is good because it was one of the hottest days we've had this summer.
